Shipping policy

Delivery

Once your order is placed, our delivery team will add you to a route that covers your are, once your order has been added to the route (this usually happens within 5 days of order placed), you will receive an automated email with your scheduled delivery date, your tracking via your online order page will also be updated, you will then receive a two hour time slot early on the morning of delivery along with updated tracking which will allow you to track the delivery team as they head towards you.

Please note, once you have been given your delivery date, if you can not be home or provide a safe place for our delivery team to leave your item(s), you should let us know immediately, we will try our best to reschedule your delivery for a more appropriate date, however, in any case we do not offer a pick your own delivery day service, so if you can not make your initial delivery, we can only reschedule to days we will be traveling near your area.


When one person delivery is selected at checkout, help unloading at the delivery location may be required, As stated we use a doorstep delivery service, the courier will help carry your item(s) into the ground floor only, 2 person courier service is also available at checkout if required where the team will carry the item into your property, again ground floor room of choice (access permitting)

Delivery fees will not be refunded if the customer refuses the item for reasons such as access issues or change of mind, delivery fees may be waived for reasons such as damaged in transit, these will be assessed on a case by case basis.

please note we only offer ground floor delivery included with the delivery charge, however the delivery team offer additional services including assembly and taking items up past ground floor level etc, any of these additional services would be an agreement directly with yourself and the courier company and would need to be arranged and paid for directly with the courier, we will not be held responsible for any damages that might happen when transporting items past or above a ground floor level, this would be an issue for you to resolve with the courier.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item which would be the same as the delivery charge paid. The sum will be taken from the refundable amount of the purchased item before the refund is processed. This does not effect you statutory rights.our current shipping rates are set out below:

Refund policy


Due to the nature of our products, the refund policy varies in regard to the different categories of items in which you've purchased. The policy varies as follows:

Returns and ex display Items bought in store -

Due to the nature of these items, you will be advised at the point of sale to check over the item thoroughly prior to purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to check the item and ensure they are happy with condition prior to payment and completion of transaction. Once the transaction is completed, you have acknowledged the terms and conditions of our refund policy and accept that no refunds past this point are obligatory on our behalf. Any acceptations are purely discretionary and will only be offered in rare circumstances that we deem warranted. We also do not offer any warranty on clearance and factory seconds furniture.

Returns and ex display Items bought online -
We would strongly advise prior to purchase to come into store and check the item in person as it's the only way to guarantee that you as the customer are satisfied with the item's condition.
We will do everything in our power to ensure we clearly list the imperfections on the items. This being said, consumers have a right to a refund when an item fails to match the information given prior to purchase and, often more helpfully, for any reason within a minimum 14-day cooling off period.

Items that have been delivered that have been either bought in store or online
Once the item has been delivered to your property, you will be asked check over the item to make sure you're fully satisfied with the item before the drivers leave. On the driver leaving you accept that you're happy with the item and therefore in doing so, waiver the right to a refund. If you're not happy with the item upon delivery, you may refuse the delivery and the items will return to us. You will still have to pay the delivery fee on the day for their services as our delivery team are independent to us. Under circumstances such as transit damage or an issue that is solely our fault, the delivery charge may be wavered.

In case of items being returned, we advise customers picture the item and then wrap the item in the same manner it was received, including items that were purchased dismantled, as we do not offer a assembly/dis-assembly service, all items need to be as they were on delivery, all collections will be made by the same one man doorstep service as used upon delivery of the item, so please make sure items are ready to be collected without obstruction on the ground floor,

Returns and Factory second Items bought online -

Due to the nature of factory second items we cannot offer refunds for imperfections on any factory second items purchased , it is clearly outlined in the item descriptions items have failed quality control, if your item is severely damaged beyond what is outlined usual defects for the grade of what you have purchased, we may offer a partial refund in accordance with the extent of the issue, in severe cases we may offer a full refund, we will not refund delivery costs, in cases of missing parts, we try our best to send out any missing items that are integral to the build of the item.

Refunds On Courier Charges 

as we don’t offer ‘standard’ postal delivery and use a specialist large item third party courier service, once you receive confirmation of booking with the courier company, we will not be able to refund any courier charges, if you have changed your mind please let the courier know at the time of booking, they usually contact you within 48 hours altho this can vary, if the courier’s are informed in writing at the time of them confirming your booking with you, we can refund the full courier charge.
